POSTAGE & PACKING FEES

WITHIN THE UK

Our Standard UK P&P fee is £2.99 flat rate per order. Orders are sent by Royal Mail either by First Class or Standard Parcels depending on the weight and delivery takes approximately 2-3 days.

For those of you in a hurry, there is an optional EXPRESS DELIVERY at £5.49 per order. Your order will be processed as usual but delivered within 24 hours from despatch. Express delivery is either by Royal Mail Special Delivery of Parcelforce Worldwide. Please note these deliveries require a signature. However if you are not in to sign for your parcel, it will be left for collection at your nearest post office. Simply follow the instructions on the card left either by the courier or the postman.

CREAM TESTERS/TRAVEL SIZE products are sent FREE* of charge to UK mainland addresses, unless other products are ordered (*minimum order of 2 applies). Testers are sent by Second Class post and delivery takes approximately 3-5 working days.

UK ORDERS OVER £70 qualify for FREE STANDARD DELIVERY which takes up to 5 working days from despatch. If you need your items in a hurry, you can chose EXPRESS DELIVERY for £5.49 at the checkout. Your order will be delivered by Parcelforce Worldwide within 24 hours from despatch.

OUTSIDE THE UK

IF YOU LIVE IN EUROPE

European orders are sent by Standard AirMail. Delivery takes 5 working days from despatch. Our Postage & Packing fees are based on order value and these will be automatically worked out for you at the checkout based on your delivery country.

IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE EUROPE
( ASIA, AMERICA, AFRICA, FAR EAST, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND)

International orders are sent by Standard AirMail. Delivery takes 5 working days from despatch. Our Postage & Packing fees are based on order value and these will be automatically worked out for you at the checkout based on your delivery country.

DESPATCH UPDATE

You can normally expect to receive your products within 2-3 working days.

ORDER PROCESSING & DESPATCH

Handmade Naturals' products are very often made to order (they are fresh & handmade after all!). Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be processed & despatched.

If you have ordered products, which are in stock or already made, your order will be processed & despatched within 2 working days.

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday or if you happen to order over a bank holiday, your order will be processed on the first working day, usually a Tuesday.

As soon as your order has been despatched, you will receive an email to let you know to expect your products.

Although we try to provide excellent service & products, please do appreciate Rossi is a mum, too, and her children need her, so sometimes there will be a delay in order processing & despatch due to sickness or holiday absence. Please be understanding & supportive in such situations :-)
