POSTAGE & PACKING FEES

WITHIN THE UK

Our Standard UK P&P fee is £3.25 flat rate per order. Smaller orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class service. Larger orders and those weighing over 1.4 kg are sent via our courier, Yodel (DHL Domestic). Standard delivery normally takes approximately 2-3 working days from dispatch. All orders sent with our courier require a signature on delivery, so please make sure there is someone available at the delivery address to accept & sign for your packet. Please read the section regarding Undelivered Packages on our Terms & Conditions page before confirming your order.

Most orders are delivered promptly, although depending on Royal Mail's delivery service and route delivery of smaller packets can sometimes take a little longer. If you have not received your products after 5 working days, please check with your neighbours (in case they've accepted the packet on your behalf) or the local Post or Royal Mail Sorting Office, even if no 'we tried to deliver while you were out' card has been left by the postman. If you have not received your parcel after 15 working days, please do get in touch.

For those of you in a hurry, there is an optional EXPRESS DELIVERY at £6.95 per order. Your order will be processed as quickly as possible and depending on the weight will be sent either by Royal Mail Special Delivery (for delivery by 1 pm the following working day ) or Yodel (DHL Domestic) (for delivery on the next working day). Orders received for dispatch on Friday will be delivered on Monday (not Saturday) as the 'next working day'. Same day order dispatch is available providing your order is received by 10 am and is subject to stock availability.

CREAM TESTERS/TRAVEL SIZE products are sent FREE* of charge to UK mainland addresses, unless other products are ordered (*minimum order of 2 applies). Testers are sent by Second Class post and delivery takes approximately 3-5 working days.

UK ORDERS OVER £70 qualify for FREE STANDARD DELIVERY which takes up to 5 working days from despatch. If you need your items in a hurry, you can chose EXPRESS DELIVERY for £6.95 at the checkout. Your order will be delivered by Yodel (DHL Domestic) within 24 hours from despatch (excludes weekends).

OUTSIDE THE UK

IF YOU LIVE IN EUROPE

European orders are sent by Standard AirMail or DHL depending on the weight. On average, EU-deliveries take approximately 5 working days from despatch. However, delivery times are not guaranteed and occasionally it may take 10-15 working days for your products to reach you, especially during busy periods like Easter or Christmas. Our Postage & Packing fees are based on order value and these will be automatically worked out for you at the checkout based on your delivery country.

IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE EUROPE
( AMERICA, FAR EAST, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND)

International orders are sent by Standard AirMail, larger orders will be dispatched via DHL. On average International deliveries take approximately 5-10 working days from despatch. However, delivery times are not guaranteed and occasionally it may take longer than 10 working days for your packet to reach you, especially during busy periods. Shippments to Non-EU countries, especially larger orders, may incurr import duties payable on receipt of the goods to your local Customs Authority. You will be liable for these duties.
Our Postage & Packing fees are based on order value and these will be automatically worked out for you at the checkout based on your delivery country.
