Earn Stamps with each qualifying purchase via our Customer Rewards Program
With our Rewards program, launched on the 15th of August 2022, customers will earn 1 stamp for every £20 spent with us and the stamps accumulated can be redeemed for various rewards - from freebies to money off coupons.
To take part in our first ever Rewards Program you will need to create an account with us and when you do, we will credit your account with your first stamp. If you already have an account, any orders you have placed with us (through your account only) since launch would have automatically earned you stamps.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU LOGIN TO YOUR ACCOUNT AND CHECKOUT OUT THROUGH THAT EVERY TIME, USING EXPRESS CHECKOUT OPTIONS SUCH AS PAYPAL EXPRESS, APPLE PAY OR AMAZON PAY WITHOUT LOGGING IN FIRST, WILL NOT ENABLE US TO CREDIT YOUR ACCOUNT ACCORDINGLY.

You can check your current stamp balance at any time and choose to redeem your stamps for any of the current rewards available, from free products to money off coupons. Simply click on the Rewards widget and scroll to the bottom to make sure you are logged in. |

= = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = Terms & Conditions: The Rewards Program is a complimentary service which can be withdrawn with reasonable notice, or amended without notice. The complimentary 1 stamp credit applies only to new accounts being created after the program's launch 15th August 2022. Providing checkout occurs through your account (vs express checkout options which do not require login to your HN account), customers will be rewarded with one stamp for each £20 or multiple thereof per order. Any residual balance to the full order value is not carried over to the next order. For example if your order comes to £25, you will earn 1 stamp and loose the remaining £5. P&P charges, where applicable, are excluded from the Rewards spend. Orders placed via express checkout options (without logging into your HN account first) are excluded from the Rewards due to the system's inability to track purchases made this way. We are unable to manually credit stamps for past orders. The rewards are redeemed via a discount code, which is emailed/shown on screen at the time of conversion of collected stamps. These Rewards discount codes cannot be used along the discount codes for other promotions we may run throughout the year because they will also be redeemable via a discount code. Only one discount code can be redeemed at a time on the system we use. The rewards discount codes can be saved and used with any future order.
