The conditioner is the BEST I have ever used, my hair is fine, thin and highlighted which is a nightmare, the sides of my hair are the finest and a lttle dry so they look fluffy (not a good look), but this conditioner smoothed them after the first use, I was shocked at how good it was and it is not too heavy for my hair, my highlights are still bright and haven't been dulled. Dear Rossi, I just put in my second order for your lovely products. I have very sensitive skin and although I use all unscented skin care, I am still prone to minor irritations and annoying skin problems. After a bit of research I decided to try SLS and parabens free products and came across your beautifully designed and easy to use website. I was a bit apprehensive about using even naturally fragranced products as I have given and chucked away so many apparently natural products, even from well known brands, in the past due to bad reactions. My first test was on your balancing face cream, and after a patch test I went off to sleep one night with a fragrant face for the first time in years (and it is a wonderful fragrant blend). I have very high praise for this pure and effective moisturiser, I have had no reactions other than good. Although I think it might be a little rich for my skin to use every day, I tend to use it on the dry bits and I am going to try your hemp cleanser/moisturiser to see if that works as an all over the face light moisturiser. The dry hair shampoo is gorgeous and leaves my hair shiny and clean feeling. I have used it every day and it lathers up well. The olive & jojoba conditioner is wonderful too. I found I only needed to use a teaspoon sized amount, usually I have to use of lot more of the usual brand names’ conditioners. Just wanted to say thanks. I ordered the Balancing Face cream, Antibacterial foaming face wash and natural soap bar with hemp and ylan ylang. I loved the feel of the face wash as it didnt dry my face out too much like most shop brought chemiical face washes do, but it left me feeling fresh and clean. The face cream also excellent, but maybe a tad rich for my skin, good for a night cream though and I am yet to use the soap, but all the products arrvived quickly and well packaged, most impressed with service, keep up the good work!!... I am thrilled with the trial size replenishing face cream I received last week. I am nearly 52 and for the past few years my face skin has become very dry. My forehead, chin and lip area have become prone to eczema and become a nightmare! Any moisturiser, even ones prescribed by a doctor, have not helped much and my skin is still dry and tight even though I reapply every few hours. I have to use steriod cream when it gets really bad, which I hate. I have decided to try chemical free products to see if it will help. I used your cream for the first time last Sat, then my husband and I decided we would have a long walk on the coast path. The weather was clear, sunny with a stiff cold breeze. I purchased the sls free shampoo for itchy scalp, a conditioner and a scalp tonic as I suffer from scalp psorasis. I received the products 2 days after placing my order and they are fantastic. Your Care Jelly is just the best. I bought it initially after reacting badly to petroleum jelly prescribed to prevent suture scars in my nostrils following nasal surgery. Dear Rossi, I hope you enjoyed your summer break, thought you might welcome some positive feedback on your return. The new hand & body lotion products are excellent, just the right consistency and the lemongrass and lavender fragrance is nice and subtle. I particularly like the vegan lipgloss although I don't think I would describe the colour as either plum or raspberry but rather cherry. If you did decide to give it a name what about cherry shimmer? Also the lavender and geranium shower and bath gel is going to be a firm favourite especially during the winter. The shea butter with lavender and rosemary soaps are great for handwashing and proving a hit with my husband who prefers a bar soap in the shower. The aftershave balm has also gone down well, having persuaded him to use it as a facial moisturiser. It has also proved useful in clearing up skin irritation elsewhere. Now for a couple of suggestions for future products. Is there any chance of you putting your colour skills to work again to produce an additional lipgloss in a shimmery copper/brown which would be great for autumn? It would make a good stocking filler/small gift for Christmas. In addition would it be possible to adapt one of your existing cream or lotion formulas to produce a tinted facial moisturiser at some stage in the future? Keep up the good work!... Marion, Kent

Rossi, I just had to tell you the face oil, which you did for me with added manuka, has become a desert island product for me in a short amount of time. Its fab on the occasional pimple doesn't sting like the tea tree did. I even used it on a paper cut the other day and it seem to heal a little quicker. I have some scarring on my chin from an allergic reaction I had in my teens (I'm 32 now), I thought I'd give it a try on this area of skin since I've always been desperate to improve the look of it without makeup. The replenishing face cream definitely did the trick! It absorbs really well, as you said, but leaving the surface feeling dewy and supple. I would say the eye cream is just as moisturising as the other formulation. I was concerned that without the beeswax it might sink in, leaving the surface dry, but it doesn’t. I thought I would drop you a line to say how pleased I am with the products I have purchased from you. They are very pleasant to use and I like the fact that they are made from simple formulations without much in the way of herbs or essential oils. Ordering is straightforward as the website is easy to navigate with the added benefit of previous customer feedback before purchase. I also like the educational bit letting people know where the raw materials come from. Timescale for deliveries is also very good. I particularly like the Rose Otto face toner, ideal for sensitive skin as it is alcohol free and therefore not drying or irritating. As a multi-use product would it perhaps be possible to supply it in a 200/250ml container with flip top in the future? Also would it be possible to put your research skills to further good use and develop a simple cleansing cream for those sensitive souls amongst us who prefer to cleanse without water? Unfortunately the natural and organic products on offer at the moment seem to be made predominantly of beeswax and are exceptionally greasy, hence the need to remove them with a hot muslin or washcloth. Judging by comments I have read on other websites, consumers have been left very disappointed with this type of cleanser. Could I also suggest a body powder made from cornstarch with the addition of lavender and tea tree oil, excellent for body and feet. In addition at a later date what about expanding on your creams range to include one for bites and stings, muscular aches and pains etc as an ointment range. Dear Rossi, I would like to thank you for the beautiful & functional products. I have been using some of these products since September 07, in particular the BALANCING FACE CREAM with Rosehip, Jojoba, Peach Kernel Oil & Virgin Shea Butter. I need to share that I am truly delighted with it. The cream has a very nice consistency and is not strong on smell. When applied it is effectively absorbed in the skin and as a result the skin does not have a greasy and shiny appearance, which is a characteristic feature for the most natural based products I have encountered until now. As such the cream has been a fine base for my make up too. Together with the ROSE & SHEA EYE CREAM it has been a fantastic combination to hydrate my face skin, even in -14°C environment during a recent trip abroad. I absolutely love the new products I just received! The combination of the eye cream and face cream makes my sensitive skin feel totally hydrated and pampered as though I've just had an expensive facial from a posh spa. Don't know if it's the aromatherapy from the essential oils or if it's the psychological boost from knowing I'm using top quality natural products but I seriously get a strong feeling of calmness and well-being when I first put them on. The lip balm is super hydrating as well. I find it seems to last much longer than Blistex balm I had been using. The handcream is nothing short of phenomenal. I can't believe any cream with such a light texture can moisturise and protect like that. I bought 2 testers because I was going to give one to my friend but I'm not sure I can share now! I haven't tried the hair conditioner yet because I'm forcing myself to use up the conventional brand I have already open. I'm completely convinced now that natural creams are the "true moisturers". The results on the skin are really incredible over time. I have noticed this with your products. I used to use Clarins, and Molton Brown, and even the ones that are really hyped-up with advertisements on tv, but I found they never actually worked as it said on the box. A few weeks ago, I tried a high street brand cream, I noticed by the end of the day, that it wasn't as moisturising but in fact more drier and harsher on the skin. I never noticed this before with high street creams... Then once going back on your natural products, my skin felt so much better.

My order came yesterday & I'm so pleased with every single item!!! The Baby Flower Wash is indeed perfect for cleaning Lucie's face. In two applications, I've noticed an improvement in her eyebrows (still a bit of stubborn flakiness) and on her cheeks where she had some teeny tiny red spots. Her face is definitely smoother and I think the little spots are beginning to subside...I've totally fallen in love with the pure Shea Butter now... However, after you said you were thinking of doing a Minty Shea Butter to replace the Foot Cream, I decided to try it on my feet instead. Wow! I've had a fantastic result. My feet had gotten rather neglected and dry because I couldn't reach them in the late stages of pregnancy and now the baby is here I don't have much time to religiously exfoliate. I'd been slapping on all sorts of lotions and creams I've had laying around with no success. My feed ha'd gotten so horrible, I began wearing socks to bed so my husband wouldn't accidentally brush up against them and it was putting me off trying on new shoes the few times I'd gone out shopping. One day of wearing a liberal application of the shea butter under cotton socks has made a HUGE difference. I'll definitely be ordering the large size very soon and look forward to buying some new shoes to celebrate the return of my soft feet :)...Thanks very much for the eye cream sample as well. It was a lovely surprise and I swear that is the most moisturising eye cream I've ever used. It feels divine and did a fantastic job of plumping up my tired, new-mummy eyes. I was worried it was so moisturising I might have trouble putting eye makeup on over it but I had no problems this morning. Makeup went on fine and hasn't creased. I also wear contact lenses and have very sensitive eyes, and there were no problems there either. The only thing I think it's missing is Sun Protection Factor but I guess it wouldn't be "all natural" if you added some in...The Baby Chamomile Soap is brilliant as well. I bought that for the guest bathroom because we only have a tiny soap dish (so there is no room for the African Liquid Soap pump). I've never been a fan of bar soaps, commercial or handmade, because I find them drying but I figured it would be worth a try since I love your other products. I was immediately impressed with the quality. It is super gentle and moisturising. It works great as a luxury guest soap but I would certainly use it on my baby, too. I don't know why I was surprised how good it was. Your product descriptions are so detailed & honest. I think consumers get used to the advertising hype around conventional products and come to expect that things are never quite as good as promised. It's just so refreshing to find quality products that do what they say on the tin and actually exceed your expectations. Just to let you know that I am very happy with the products I bought from Handmade Naturals. I was a bit concerned that I wouldn't like the smell (I like to have a good sniff of things before I buy!) but shouldn't have worried because all products smell lovely. I've only used the shampoo a couple of times, but I thought I'd send a line to tell you how very pleased I am with it. I have fine hair which tends to go very dry at the ends after it has been washed, and is usually soft and difficult to style. I have never used a natural shampoo before and didn't know how it would feel. The first thing I noticed after using your shampoo is how easier my hair is to style now, it keeps its shape for a few days as well. I wanted to try pure oil instead of butters as a body moisturiser, and I absolutely love the body oil. It lasts ages as you only need a few drops, smells really nice (thanks Rossi for making it on request with ylang, geranium & patchouli). Just to let you know that the shampoos arrived safely; I tried the herbal shampoo first, which smells wonderful. Because I have some blond highlights I felt it did leave my hair a little bit dry, although a conditioner soon resolved that. I must say I found your african black soap absolutely fantastic for my boy who has suffered eczema since baby. It is so mild and moisturising, the eczema patches on his body don't seem to itch and don't look as red as they were. It is early days, but I am sure his condition will improve further using this soap. I've also used it to wash his hair because he has a few patches on his scalp, and that worked wonders too. Fantastic products. I've always been a bit of a "natural freak" as my friends would say and I'm really pleased to have discovered your product. Now I don't have to go all the way to France to buy natural & environmentally friendly skin products. My top product is the face cream (pink labelling) as I've got really dry & fine skin. The toner is also great to remove makeup. All the baby products are fantastics especially the bath wash. Lovely smell. My only disappointment is the baby soap (chamomille). I just don't like the smell so I'll stick to the Lavender bath wash to clean my baby's little body (she's 2 1/2 and gorgeous)... Marielle, London

I have been using the shampoo for nearly a month now and I love it. I didn't know what to expect at first as I my hair is oilier than normal and other natural shampoos didn't seem to lather well on my hair. This shampoo does lather enough, my hair doesn't get as oily as quickly and it feels as if it has been washed with a salon product. I had you send me some after-shave balm and eye cream to my hotel when I was in London in early June and wanted to thank you for the great customer service. The after-shave balm is one of, if not the best balm I've ever used. The ingredients are fantastic and it does a great job of soothing my skin after shaving. There is absolutely no irritation or stinging whatsoever. This stuff is so good that I've taken to using it as an evening moisturizer as well. The scent is a light citrus/mandarin that is completely inoffensive and fades quickly - which means it doesn't interfere with any cologne you might want to wear... As regards the eye cream, its also great stuff. Both products are very good value as a little goes a long way. The only problem is that my wife has taken to using both the balm (as a facial moisturizer) and eye cream, which means I will have to re-order soon - accordingly, I would appreciate it if you could let me know how much it would cost to ship one or two tubs of the shave balm and a pot of the eye cream to Canada when you get a moment.
