Whats inside it:
🍃Unrefined or virgin shea butter is a creamy butter, packed with vitamins A, E & F. Our wild-crafted organic shea butter is produced by women co-operatives in Ghana, West Africa, using shea nuts from wild Karite trees. Our organic shea butter is not extracted using hexane or other chemicals, nor it is bleached or deodorised. It is free from preservatives, coloring agents (natural or artificial) or other additives. Virgin shea butter can vary in colour between batches and throughout the year - from light olive to pale or rich golden yellow. Unrefined organic shea butter has a multitude of uses - from soothing dry, chapped or sun damaged skin, to preventing wrinkles, treating stretch marks, scars, blemishes, eczema, small wounds, nappy rash, scrapes, hair conditioning, insect bites, arthritis, muscle aches & tension, burns and fungal infections. In recent clinical trials shea butter was also found to be effective in protecting the skin against the weather and harmful UV rays.
🍃Organic unrefined Argan Oil - a fabulously nourishing oil and perfect to use on any dry patch of skin. Due to its high content of vitamins (especially vitamin E and A), antioxidents, beta carotenes, fatty acids and even natural squalene, it can dramatically improve skin tone and elasticity, and reduce aging signs such as wrinkles and skin sagging. Argan oil has also become popular recently as a hair treatment to repair and heal damaged hair. It tends to lock in moisture and improves shine and luster. Argan oil reduces frizziness by penetrating the hair shaft and almost instantly improving follicle elasticity. The oil is also packed with Vitamin E which helps revive and renew hair damaged by heat, wind, oxidization or over-styling and processing.
🍃This unscented Shea & Argan butter blend is perfectly suited to skin prone to eczema, psoriasis, rashes and burns.
🍃 No added essential oils.
USE:
🍃 as a moisturiser take a very small amount, let it melt on your fingers and apply the nourishing oil to your skin.
🍃 as a cleanser, again take a very small amount, let it melt on your fingers, apply to your face in circular motion, massaging it in to lift make up and impurities, then remove with a hot damp cloth.
🍃as a hair conditioner, please note this would only suit very dry/curly/frizzy hair - take a very small amount, let it melt on your fingers and apply to your damp hair, allow to penetrate preferably for about 30 minutes before shampoo. Afro type hair can use as a leave-on conditioner without washing.
Please note during spells of hot weather this product may be liquid. Take care when opening the jar. Sometimes, depending on the temperature during crystalization shea butter can become a little grainy. This does not affect the products qualities and skin benefits. Similarly to set honey or cold olive oil, it soon melts on the skin into a nutrient rich skin oil.
