What's Inside?
Algin is a gelatinous substance produced by brown algae, and is often used in food and pharmaceutical preparations. Algin offers especially good protection from many kinds of modern day pollutants, carcinogens and toxins. According to some resources, Algin prevents living tissue from absorbing radioactive materials.
Laminaria Digitata is a seaweed with the common name of Lamouroux. Laminaria digitata is sometimes also referred to as Atlantic kelp. It naturally contains calcium, potassium, iodine, mannitol, as well as fat, protein, carbohydrates and vitamins E, C, B12, B6, B3, B, A and Zn, F, Cr, Co, Mn, I, Na, Fe, P, Mg, K, Ca.
Spirulina is a microscopic spiral shaped, blue-green vegetable algae which has been used as a food source for centuries. Spirulina is grown by aquaculture in large shallow ponds, and literally soaks up the energy of the sun, storing it for release in our bodies. Spirulina is a rich source of protein, as well as vitamin B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (nicotinamide), B6 (pyridoxine), B9 (folic acid), B12 (cyanocobalamin), vitamin C, vitamin D, and vitamin E. It also contains potassium, calcium, selenium, zinc and gamma-linolenic acid (GLA).
Solum diatomeae are unicellular organisms fossilized into silica mineral structures. These unique and exceptional pure freshwater deposits (discovered in the Western Sierra Mountain range) provide a lightweight, highly absorbant and oxygen-rich powder which can be used as an alternative to talc, clays and starch.
Menthol - The main component in essential peppermint oil. Due to its cooling properties, menthol is used in bodycare products.
