Pure Essential Oils
Pure essential oils are derived during steam distillation
from herbs, plants, roots and flowers. The essential
oil carries the plant's natural healing qualities.
Because of their versatility and pleasant aroma, essential
oils have been used for years as natural perfume but
in recent years have become a main ingredient in natural
skin care, as a natural alternative to artificial
fragrances and perfumes, which have been linked to
skin and respiratory complaints.
Essential oils can be added to unfragranced skin
care products, to freshen laundry, rooms and in oil
burners for aromatherapy if required.
Some essential oils can now be purchased from our
Beauty
Basics Shop.
