Please note the last few weeks before Christmas are a very busy period not only for us, but for Royal Mail/DHL too, and some delays in receiving your products are to be expected.
All orders received to date have been dispatched, but many are delayed due to massive backlog of packages from beginning of December. Both Royal Mail and DHL are assuring us they are doing their best to clear the backlog and deliver everything before Christmas.
The bad weather starting from this Thursday will delay deliveries even further.
Express delivery cannot be guaranteed for next day at the moment. However, express delivery remains the most reliable delivery option for last minute orders.

Orders received by the dates given above, are expected to be delivered before Christmas, however delivery is not guaranteed and we would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. We will continue to process orders until 22 Dec, but these will be delivered after the holidays.
Our shop will be CLOSED for a short break between Thu, 23 Dec - Tue, 4 Jan 2011. Orders received during this period will be processed when we re-open in the New Year.
