Easter is just around the corner, so just a quick note to let you know that as there are no Royal Mail or courier collections over the Easter Holidays, we will be closed for a short break from Good Friday until Wednesday, 11th April. Orders received during this time will be processed when we re-open. If you need to pay for your order, please give us a call on/after 11th April.
Understandably there will be a backlog, please be patient until we work through your orders and get them dispatched as soon as it is possible.
Please note that due to staff absence we will not be able to take telephone orders between 2 and 12 April 2012. For advice on products or any other help you require during this period, please send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

This has been in the pipeline for nearly a year, but after months of hard work, we are pleased to announce that our makeover is now officially under way.
You will soon be seeing our new logo and new label products.
Some product names have been amended slightly (mainly for clarity), the new labels now have a bar code, INCI listing of ingredients and potential allergens from the essential oils. The changes have been made so that we are in complilance with the Cosmetics Regulations.
We have made NO changes to the product formulations, all products are exactly the same as you know them.
The website photos will be updated as soon as we have completed the change of labels, however please keep in mind that this may take a few months and during this period you are likely to receive a mix of old and new label products.
Hopefully there won't be too much confusion and you will like our new look! Do let us know what you think  |

A somewhat disappointing news to share with our customers .....The Agbanga Karite Co-operative, from whom we source the raw black soap chunks to make our wonderful liquid black soap, are unable to guarantee a reliable stock supply for us in the future. During the past year they appear to have been able to satisfy only the need of their own, US based sister company Alaffia and occasionally have been able to offer us some stock . After continuous supply struggles we have now decided to discontinue this great product.
We recommend to all our customers who have become huge fans of this product part of our range for the past 4 years, to stock up while stocks last. |

Please note the last few weeks before Christmas are a very busy period not only for us, but for Royal Mail/DHL too, and some delays in receiving your products are to be expected.
All orders received to date have been dispatched, but many are delayed due to massive backlog of packages from beginning of December. Both Royal Mail and DHL are assuring us they are doing their best to clear the backlog and deliver everything before Christmas.
The bad weather starting from this Thursday will delay deliveries even further.
Express delivery cannot be guaranteed for next day at the moment. However, express delivery remains the most reliable delivery option for last minute orders.
CHRISTMAS ORDERING DEADLINES

USA/Eastern Europe Orders Friday, 10 Dec
Western Europe Monday, 13 Dec
Orders received by the dates given above, are expected to be delivered before Christmas, however delivery is not guaranteed and we would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. We will continue to process orders until 22 Dec, but these will be delivered after the holidays.
Our shop will be CLOSED for a short break between Thu, 23 Dec - Tue, 4 Jan 2011. Orders received during this period will be processed when we re-open in the New Year.
